Local Investor Buys Boca Bargoons; Freestanding Retail Building on Central Expressway

DALLAS, TX - May 11, 2010 --  Recently, Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Rowan Sbaiti, of the Dallas-Fort Worth investments division, negotiated the sale of the 7,320 square foot Boca Bargoons retail building in Plano, Texas. The free standing retail building is located just south of Park Boulevard on the southbound service road of Central Expressway. The 7,320 square foot building at 1855 North Central Expressway is situated on 2.02 acres, offers more than 120 parking spaces and is just minutes from the Plano DART station and historic Downtown Plano. The property traded hands between two owner users; names are to remain undisclosed. Rowan Sbaiti of Henry S.
