Tio Carlos Restaurant & Bar to Open This Summer at Towne North Shopping Center in Irving

DALLAS, TX - May 11, 2010 --  With the assistance of retail listing agents Kent Arnold and Henry S. Miller IV, Tio Carlos Restaurant & Bar recently completed the negotiations to relocate their restaurant to Henry S. Miller’s Towne North Shopping Center. Tio Carlos’ restaurant is currently located just minutes from Towne North on the southeast corner of Walnut Hill and N. Beltline Road in Irving, Texas. They will be relocating their restaurant to 3601 Beltline Road; a highly visible corner at the Beltline Road and Northgate Drive intersection. The Tio Carlos Restaurant & Bar will occupy 5,922 square feet at Towne North and will continue to serve their Latin-inspired cuisine, including dishes from Argentina and Salvador. Currently construction is underway for a June 1st opening.  The landlord, Towne North Shopping Center Partners, Ltd. was represented by Kent Arnold, Assistant Vice President and Henry S. Miller IV, Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. Tio Carlos Restaurant & Bar, the tenant, was represented by Shelley Harber of Coldwell Banker Residential.
