Gamma Waste Systems Relocates Corporate Headquarters

HOUSTON, TX - May 17, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Doug Bates and Joel Hill of the Houston office/industrial division recently assisted their client and buyer Gamma Waste Systems, LLC with the relocation of their corporate headquarters. Gamma Waste Systems, a specialized medical waste disposal company, has completed the move into their new headquarters located at 712 E. Pasadena Freeway in Pasadena, Texas. Gamma’s newly acquired facility offers them the required space as well as a strategic location. The building is just over 8,000 square feet; 6,275 square feet of warehouse and 1,730 square feet of multi-level office space, with a 20’ ceiling height and two 16’ overhead doors. The property sits on .55 acres on the frontage road of Highway 225 and can be accessed from either Highway 225 or Eagle Street; both are gated entrances.  Both buyer and seller were represented in the transaction; the buyer, Gamma Waste Systems, LLC, was represented by Doug Bates and Joel Hill of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. The seller, QA Support, was represented by Jeanette Holt of J. Holt Properties, LLC.
