Everyone's Frank Leases Second North Texas Location

DALLAS, TX - June 14, 2010 --  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Daniel Harris, Senior Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth retail division recently completed the lease for 1,606 square feet of retail space in Addison for Everyone’s Frank restaurant chain’s second Dallas area location. Everyone’s Frank, a fast casual restaurant with a unique twist offers customers a variety of gourmet sausages in a very inviting setting. Their first north Texas location which was arranged by Daniel Harris as well, just opened in Plano on Coit Road north of Park Boulevard. The second north Texas location is set to open this summer (early July) at the popular Addison Walk retail strip; 5000 Beltline Road, just off of the Dallas North Tollway. Everyone’s Frank is highly motivated to increase their presence in the north Texas area. As the exclusive tenant-representative for Everyone’s Frank, Daniel Harris is aggressively seeking new real estate opportunities to help his client achieve their growth objectives.
