HP EnviroVision Buys 25,000 sf Building for New Headquarters
DALLAS, TX - June 15, 2010 --
HP EnviroVision with the help of broker brothers Pete and Andrew
Richardson of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, just completed negotiations
for the acquisition of a 25,000 square foot building in Grand
Prairie, Texas. “We’ve worked with HP for a number of years and were
confident in the type of opportunity they were looking for,” said
Andrew of HP’s real estate requirements. HP EnviroVision was looking
for a space that would offer them the opportunity for growth as well
as leasing out unused space to third-party tenants. 301 Trinity
Boulevard’s 25,000 square feet of office and warehouse space allows
them the ability to do such that. “This building came along at the
right time and will be a perfect fit for them to become property
owners with the ability to expand their business operations in the
future,” Andrew says. HP is currently located in 7,500 square feet
at 460 South Belt Line Road in Irving; they plan to relocate their
corporate headquarters to the new facility this fall. Representing
the buyer, HP EnviroVision, were Pete Richardson, Senior Vice
President and Andrew Richardson of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC.
The seller, a local real estate investor, was represented by Chris
Bly of Proterra Properties.
