Miller Brokerage’s Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division recently negotiated the lease renewal for Staubus & Randall, L.L.P.’s corporate office. The Staubus & Randall law firm occupies 4,630 square feet at One Lincoln Park and has executed a new agreement extending their lease an additional five years. Staubus & Randall, L.L.P. specializes in probate, guardianship and trust litigation in the State of Texas, as well as offering refined estate planning and asset protection planning practices. Staubus & Randall’s corporate headquarters are located in Suite 201 of One Lincoln Park at 8401 North Central Expressway in Dallas, Texas.
