Park on Fuqua Signs Two New Leases and Renews Another

HOUSTON, TX - September 7, 2010 - - Henry S. Miller Brokerage Greater Houston office retail specialists, Shawn Ackerman, Executive Vice President and Associate Jason Du recently completed two new leases and a renewal, a total of 3,500 square feet, for Park on Fuqua Shopping Center. Located in the northwest quadrant of Interstate 45 and Fuqua Street, Park on Fuqua Shopping Center features an array of national retail tenants making it a prime location for local and national retailers to thrive. The Dentist office, located at 11237 Fuqua Street next to Allied Cash Advance, negotiated the renewal of their lease for 1,227 square feet.
