The Henry S. Miller Property Management Group has many years of successful property management experience and currently manages over 5.8 million square feet of multi-family, retail, office and industrial property.  We take great pride in the properties entrusted to us and have come to believe that our methods and management approach have a distinct advantage over other property management companies.

Our managed portfolio consists of over 60 properties, 40 of which are retail properties ranging in size from 10,000 to over 300,000 square feet and12 multi-family projects, including a 129 unit loft conversion in Deep Ellum and a 300 unit Class A project in North Plano. Our portfolio is rounded out by 10 office and industrial properties.

Our focus is in the State of Texas; however, we have managed properties in the surrounding states for select clients.  Within the State of Texas, we manage properties in most of the major metropolitan areas, including Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston, as well as smaller markets such as Mineral Wells and Wichita Falls.
