Highland Park Village	Preston Royal

Highland Park Village is the oldest shopping center in America and a national historical landmark. It was acquired and renovated by Henry S. Miller in 1976.	Preston Royal was developed in 1958 by Henry S. Miller in a partnership with Trammell Crow and was one of the first suburban shopping centers in North Dallas.

Pepper Square Shopping Center, originally built in 1977 at Preston Road and Beltline Road, was, was acquired and renovated by Henry S. Miller in 1994.	Henry S. Miller successfully developed and sold 41 Wal-Mart shadow anchored shopping centers throughout the southwest in 2000 - 2005.

The cornerstone of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC is the Retail Division. We pioneered the concept of specialized real estate services when we formed the Retail Division in 1958 and have since been the industry leader.
