Highland Park Village Preston Royal
Built in 1931, Highland Park Village is considered to be the 1st shopping center in America and has recently been designated a national historical landmark. Located at Preston Road and Mockingbird Lane, It was purchased in 1976 by Henry S. Miller and renovated over the years into one of the finest upscale shopping centers in the southwest. Tenants include Polo, Chanel & Hermes Located at the northwest and northeast corners of Preston Road and Royal Lane, Preston Royal was originally developed in 1958 by the Henry S. Miller  in a partnership which included Trammell Crow and Dallas' Cullum Family (Tom Thumb Stores), it was completed in phases over the years into one of the most successful grocery anchored strip centers in Texas.  Tenants include Barnes Noble, Starbucks
